VantageLinks is a dedicated Information Technology (IT) staffing company supporting our clients with all their IT Needs. We currently have an opening for a SharePoint Developer/Administrator with one of our premier clients.


Position Summary: Responsible for the technical design, configuration, implementation, testing, documentation and support of enterprise-wide productivity tools. The majority of these products are Microsoft-based, but other similar tools will be included.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

  • BS in Computer Science or related field preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with functional users and technical personnel.
  • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Visual Studio is required.
  • Preferred skills include K2 Blackpearl, Microsoft Project Server, PowerBI & Office, Cisco WebEx & Jabber and/or similar productivity tools.
  • Ability to work directly with users to understand business challenges, interpret requirements, apply available technologies and implement or configure appropriate solutions.
  • Experience supporting user-facing technologies, working with users directly, training individuals or groups and creating technical or user documentation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft standard reporting / analysis tools.
  • Position requires a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Essential Functions of Position

  • Develop / configure SharePoint environment to support users and business requirements
  • Create and update K2 workflow to support business processes
  • Utilize Visual Studio to develop extensions or interfaces related to supported systems
  • Configure and support Microsoft Project Server to match company requirements
  • Build reports and/or dashboards associated with data in supported systems
  • Support users of Microsoft Office and other standard productivity tools
  • Assist users with problem resolution
  • Provide user training for supported systems
  • Promote effective use of appropriate tools for specific user requests
  • Document all phases of systems / projects within area of responsibility
  • Evaluate current and potential software packages for satisfaction of business requirements and technical consistency
  • Enforce all aspects of the company security policy within their control.
  • Report regularly on technical output including quantity, quality, and timeliness.
