The Client Service Associate (CSR), in conjunction with an account manager / success executive, holds responsibility for an ongoing book of business and client relationships. The role is a combination of administration (handling and processing inbound client service requests), training (new clients), and internal business development (identifying and developing opportunity to cultivate an existing book of business). The role requires a strong service orientation, combined with a high degree of attention to detail, and an ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
The ideal candidate will have sufficient human resources or other corporate experience to be familiar with issues and terminology related to recruiting, screening, selection, retention, development, and related systems and technology platforms. In addition, the candidate must have a strong sense of organization and planning, and present well--commanding respect and demonstrating comfort interacting with a variety of audiences.
Degree is a must.
