European Sales Representative

The world leader in cashless technology is seeking an amusement industry and/or point of sale professional to lead sales in the European market. The successful candidate will understand software technology and will know how to sell in the EU successfully. The individual must be autonomous and motivated to travel to roll out our newest technology in all countries in the EU. Creating a monthly and annual sales plan for the EU is expected and there is growth in this position to move up based on metrics. This position will report directly to the CEO.

European Sales Representative Responsibilities

  • Assess the areas in Europe that are best to roll out the newest technology.
  • Create prospect lists per country for HQ.
  • Set up meetings on an on-going basis with existing and new customers.
  • Attend trade shows as needed.
  • Monitor accounts across international sales channels and find ways to penetrate new markets.
  • Generate leads and close new deals.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs.
  • Generate numbers for company to determine if sales goals have been met.
  • Attend weekly sales calls and the annual sales meeting in the US.
  • Be able to close a deal.


  • At least 5 years’ experience in SAAS or similar B2B sales.
  • 5 years in leadership sales position.
  • Strong knowledge of software and point of sale systems.
  • Track record of superior performance metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities.
  • Able to travel to the US headquarters once a quarter.
  • NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • Being bi-lingual is a plus.
