VantageLinks is a dedicated Information Technology (IT) staffing company supporting our clients with all their IT Needs. We currently have an opening for a Jr. Bus. System Support Analyst - CRM with one of our premier clients.



Responsible for developing and maintaining software for the organization's automation and applications related to business and IT operations.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
• Develop and implement new software programs according to functional and security requirements.
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and team members.
• Design and update software databases.
• Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
• Able to create and execute short to medium term strategies.
• Performs root cause analysis of moderately complex issues and determines the best course of action to remedy the problem.
• Prepare documentation to support the development and use of newly developed software.
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary.
• Maintaining familiarity with industry trends and software development best practices.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualified Candidates Will Possess the Following:
• Bachelor's Degree in Management/Computer Information Systems (MIS/CIS), Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies with minimal support and guidance.
• Self-driven education to stay abreast of current software development tools and technologies.
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
• Must have the following computer skills: Basic system administration, understanding of Active Directory, General Windows Administration, General UNIX Administration, General Networking, and Basic Network and SQL database administration.
