    • Authors and maintains Agile artifacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical specifications, leveraging AI-assisted documentation tools where appropriate.
    • Leads complex data analysis initiatives using AI-powered analytics platforms and traditional tools, synthesizing findings into actionable product insights and strategic recommendations.
    • Partners with senior management, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define program vision, epic-level roadmaps, and OKRs that drive measurable business outcomes.
    • Develops release strategies, sprint planning inputs, and stakeholder communication frameworks to ensure transparent, iterative solution delivery.
    • Effectively communicates program objectives, release cadences, and delivery status through Agile ceremonies, executive dashboards, and AI-generated insights.
    • Proactively identifies and manages cross-team dependencies and architectural risks, facilitating resolution through Agile coordination events and escalation pathways.
    • Defines comprehensive acceptance frameworks, designs behavior-driven test strategies, and oversees acceptance testing across multiple product increments and release trains.
    • Drives continuous improvement across the BA function by leading retrospectives, establishing Agile analysis best practices, and championing AI tool adoption.
    • Mentors and coaches less experienced Business Analysts on Agile analysis practices, AI tool adoption, user story craftsmanship, and professional development.
    • Other duties as needed or assigned.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Advanced ability to translate business needs into strategic product roadmaps, well-structured user story hierarchies, and measurable Agile solutions.
    • Expert-level experience leading requirements engineering within scaled Agile frameworks, translating enterprise-level needs into detailed story maps, process flows, and specifications for multiple delivery teams.
    • Strong data literacy including SQL, data warehouse analysis, and AI-powered analytics platforms for advanced data-driven decision-making and predictive insights.
    • Expert proficiency with enterprise Agile tools (e.g. Azure DevOps), AI productivity platforms, and Microsoft Office products.
    • Previous experience facilitating and leading Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and cross-team coordination events for complex, multi-stream programs.
    • Advanced experience with agentic AI tools, including designing and implementing AI-augmented analysis workflows, configuring intelligent requirements assistants including AI-powered requirements extraction, automated impact analysis, and intelligent documentation generation.
    • Expertise in Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) with experience supporting PI Planning, Agile Release Trains, and multi-team coordination.
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative setting.
    • Ability to lead through ambiguity in complex, scaled Agile environments with rapidly shifting priorities and multiple concurrent delivery streams.
    • Ability to influence and align executive leadership, Product Owners, architects, and cross-functional teams around strategic analysis goals and AI-augmented delivery practices.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a complex environment.

    Education and Experience:

    • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • 3-5 years of direct work experience in a Business Analyst or similar capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution with demonstrated expertise in Agile delivery.
